TENEROS ATTAINS MICROSOFT GOLD PARTNER STATUS

Gold Partner Status Boosts Commitment to Microsoft’s Mid-Market Customers

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Microsoft Exchange Connections, October 31, 2005— Teneros, Inc., providers of the newly-released Teneros Application Continuity Appliance™ (ACA) for Microsoft ® Exchange today announced it has earned Gold Partner accreditation in the Advanced Infrastructure Solutions category from Microsoft. Gold Certified Partners are the elite, top level Microsoft solutions partners who earn the highest customer endorsement and gain early access to advanced resources to increase the company’s Microsoft expertise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Program provides a way for customers to identify companies that have proven their commitment and expertise in delivering Microsoft technologies. Gold Partner certification is noteworthy for Teneros given the growing number of mid-market companies that rely on Microsoft Exchange. The Teneros Application Continuity Appliance (ACA) provides instant-on failover ™ in the event of planned or unplanned downtime for Microsoft Exchange, ensuring continuous end-user email operation.

“Achieving Gold Partner Certification from Microsoft confirms to our channel partners and customers our high level of expertise in the mission critical Microsoft technologies that power their businesses,” said Andréa Skov, vice president of marketing and business development.

The Teneros Application Continuity Appliance does not install any intrusive software agents on the Exchange server, nor does it require modifications to the existing network configuration. The unique patent-pending capability of the Teneros plug-&-go appliance ™ architecture eliminates Exchange end-user downtime and the resulting revenue and employee productivity losses.

Announced separately today, the Teneros Application Continuity Appliance for Microsoft Exchange is generally available, providing the first appliance on the market to deliver instant-on failover ™ in the event of planned or unplanned downtime of Exchange. Teneros continues to recruit Microsoft Exchange certified system integrators in major metropolitan areas worldwide for the company’s strategic partner channel program.
