Our comprehensive remote IT management of your appliance offers a major economic and operational benefit to your company.

Always-Available Hardware™

24 Hour Hardware Replacement
Teneros Always-Available Hardware™ assures that both the redundant components and the full appliance hardware are always operational. This option provides a “push” hardware, 24 hour replacement of disk drives, power supplies, or the full appliance in the event of failure. The Teneros Network Operations Center notifies the appliance administrator and sends the replacement hardware for delivery within 24 hours.
