The Senior User Interface Engineer will be a key developer on a small team tasked with implementing multiple web applications for both internal and customer-facing products.
The Senior User Interface Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Design Documentation for the User Interfaces
- Ongoing Design of new features for existing applications
- Hands on Coding of User Interfaces
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree, ideally in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- At least 4 years experience designing and implementing user-friendly web based interfaces
- At least 6 years of experience in Software Engineering and a proven track record of quality, on-time delivery of software products.
- At least 4 years of experience with the following technologies:
- Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
- HTML
- Linux/Unix
- At least 2 year of experience with the following technologies:
- Apache Struts or similar MVC framework.
- Javascript and DHTML ( AJAX)
- Apache Web Server
- Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Java Application Server (J2EE)
Additional Desirable Qualifications
- Programming skills with embedded linux
- Python Programming
- Experience developing User Interfaces with non-Java technologies
- Development experience with remotely managed or ‘headless’ systems
- Experience with programming in C/C++
- Experience with LCD Interfaces and/or 8052-based C Programming.

Teneros is looking for a Tactical Lead Generation with 5-7 years marketing experience to include:
- Inbound and Outbound marketing programs for lead generation – development, execution and effectiveness tracking re cost per qualified lead.
- Multi-touch marketing campaigns with media mix, database driven
- Develop marketing materials including product datasheets, customer testimonials, white papers, case studies, etc.
- Partner marketing, recruitment, and demand generation programs, customer referencing programs, seminar events, and co-marketing programs - particularly reseller, systems integrator and VAR recruitment and co-marketing programs.
- Customer and partner communications
- Market/segment analysis, targeting, messaging, events, seminars, webinars, direct mail and e-mail and demand oriented promotional activities;

Senior Embedded Linux Software Engineer

The Senior Embedded Linux Software Engineer will be a key member of a small team tasked with architecting and implementing the remote update and remote management components of an embedded Linux based appliance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of an update and rollback agent for the kernel and application software running on a remotely managed Linux appliance
- Design, analysis and implementation of resiliency features for a remotely managed Linux appliance.
Recent Linux device driver development, both user and kernel modes, is desirable. Experience with resiliency and fault-tolerance design from the ground up in networking, security, and military/medical applications is a plus. Knowledge of techniques for survivable OS images (e.g., multiple images, multiple disk/FLASH partitions), and high-speed restoration of OS/application state is considered a plus.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelors degree, ideally in Engineering or Computer Science
- At least 4 years of kernel level coding experience with “lights out” and/or remotely managed Linux systems, and a minimum of 8 years of experience
- Significant programming skills with C and C++
- Recent development experience with a real time embedded Linux kernel, preferably Montavista
Additional Desirable Qualifications
- Development experience with remotely managed or ‘headless’ systems
- Development experience with AMCC PowerPC
- Experience with layer 2 and 3, and/or 4 network protocols
- Experience with PXE servers running on Linux
