Steve Lewis - Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, is the former CEO of All Covered, the leading outsourced IT services company serving small and medium-sized businesses in the United States. Lewis was also the co-founder of Pharmanex, a leading phytopharmaceutical firm where Lewis was the initial COO. Prior to Pharmanex, as a partner and managing director of Generation Ventures, a venture firm focused on opportunities in China, he developed companies in the technology-intensive arenas of broadband telecommunications, Internet stock trading and GNSS-based air traffic control systems. Additionally, Lewis was a partner in Archimedes Capital, spent five years on the Board of Directors of Borland Enterprises and a decade with the consulting firm of Booz Allen & Hamilton. At Booz Allen & Hamilton he was a partner in the firm's operations & technology practice, led the service operations practice, and opened the first commercial office in the Middle East. He holds a B.A. in Economics, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering, and M.B.A. from Stanford University. |

Matt Ocko - Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer has twenty years of experience as a technology entrepreneur, operating executive, and technology investor with multiple IPOs and successful acquisitions to his credit. Matt was the co-founder and Vice President of R&D of Da Vinci Systems, one of the two largest email vendors at the time it was sold, and a company which drove many of the fundamental innovations that define email today. Matt was one of the founding Directors of Oracle’s Media Server Division, the CTO and co-founder of Convergence Systems, and a Technical Architect at Farallon Computing. For the past ten years, Matt was a technology investor who often acted as a de facto CTO in numerous successful investments with Helix, Softbank Technology Ventures, and VantagePoint Venture Partners. During the same period, Matt has been a Managing Director of Archimedes Capital, as well as a pro-bono advisor on technology and economic issues related to technology for numerous government and corporate organizations in China. Matt has a degree in Physics from Yale University. |

Andréa Skov - Vice President of Marketing and Business Development was formerly the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for All Covered, the leading outsourced IT service company in the small and medium business arena in the United States. Prior to All Covered, Ms. Skov was Co-Founder and President of Coolspeak.com; an Internet-based unified global communication software company. There she successfully launched the company's flagship product, an Internet-based integrated messaging suite; established a community of thousands of users worldwide; and managed the acquisition by SunCorp Technologies, Ltd. of Hong Kong. Prior to CoolSpeak.com, Ms. Skov was President of Webmaster, Inc., an Internet communication software developer and distributor, where she directed operations and drafted the business plan and profit strategies. As Vice President of Marketing for ICVERIFY, Inc., where she developed the business plan, assisted in securing venture capital investment, and grew the company for acquisition by Cybercash. She also served as Director of the Video Wall Division, for RasterOps Corporation; and Managing Partner in her own PC application software company. She holds a B.S. & M.S. in Physics from NorthEastern University. |

George Tuma - Vice President of Engineering. George Tuma brings 25 years of experience to Teneros and a tremendous track record in developing high performance, high availability hardware and software products. Prior to joining Teneros George most recently focused on Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) and Hierarchal Storage Management (HSM), with an emphasis on messaging software applications and leading storage technologies including SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel and SCSI. George has delivered over $100MM of systems products to customers requiring “five nines” performance, including AT&T, Cingular, Logica, Nortel Networks, IBM Telcordia, Vodaphone, Nokia, Charles Schwab, and the US Department of Defense.
George holds numerous patents related to storage hardware and software: including five patents issued on Solid State Disk technology, four US patents pending on Fibre Channel and SAN technology, and software patents pending relative to Oracle and Microsoft Exchange. George received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland State University. |

Pardo - Vice President,
Finance & Administration. George Pardo has 20 years of financial planning and management experience in successful high technology companies ranging from start-ups to multi-national firms. He joined Teneros from Redline Networks where, as Vice President of Finance, his efforts contributed to Redline's purchase by Juniper Networks. George has also been controller for Sun Microsystems Professional Services Division where he improved the financial predictability and health of this high growth division and he worked as Vice President of Finance for Piiceon, Inc., a division of Dynatech Corporation. George has held accounting management positions with Convergent Technologies and Activision, Inc.; and he was a staff accountant for Coopers & Lybrand. George has a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University. |
